About the Role:
As a Tele Sales Personnel at Norak Tech, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts. You’ll have the unique opportunity to:
- Connect with potential clients: Utilize your excellent communication skills to reach out to prospective clients via phone and email.
- Present software solutions: Showcase our range of innovative software products and services to prospective clients, highlighting how they can solve their unique challenges.
- Understand client needs: Through active listening and problem-solving, you’ll uncover the pain points and needs of our clients, and tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Close deals: Utilize your sales expertise to convert leads into satisfied clients, all while achieving targets that contribute directly to the company’s growth.
To excel in this role, you should ideally possess:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office
- A genuine passion for technology and software solutions.
- The ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- A degree in Marketing, Public Relations or other related Fields of study
- Previous experience in sales or telesales is a plus.
