President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reassured Nigerians that he and his team are diligently addressing the economic and security challenges facing the country.

In his Eid el-Kabir message, Tinubu called on all Muslims to amplify the positive impact of the Sallah celebrations through good deeds. He highlighted the importance of acknowledging those who are less fortunate while celebrating this auspicious occasion.

“Eid-el-Kabir invites Muslims in Nigeria and worldwide to demonstrate mercy and compassion towards our fellow human beings,” Tinubu stated.

He emphasized that the festival symbolizes sacrifice and unwavering obedience to Allah, drawing inspiration from Prophet Ibrahim’s extraordinary act.

Prophet Ibrahim’s selfless devotion, tolerance, patience, perseverance, and compassion serve as guiding principles for Muslims.

Tinubu urged fellow citizens to embody these values, fulfilling their responsibilities to both their fellow citizens and their beloved country.

During this season, he encouraged multiplying acts of kindness by supporting and assisting the weak and vulnerable in their communities. By doing so, individuals can exemplify the virtues of their faith.

Acknowledging the current challenges, particularly the struggling economy and simmering security issues, Tinubu remained optimistic.

He assured Nigerians that he and his team are tirelessly working to find solutions. They have already initiated economic reforms and are actively addressing obstacles to growth.

While embracing the present challenges, Tinubu expressed the need to face the future with renewed hope and determination, confident that a better and brighter tomorrow awaits.

He concluded by extending his wishes for a joyous Sallah celebration to all.
