Job Summary
- As a Training Inspector at Newedge Finance Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and quality of our training programs.
- You will be responsible for evaluating training sessions, materials, and instructors to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Your insights and recommendations will contribute to the enhancement of our training initiatives, ultimately driving employee development and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and inspections of training sessions, materials, and instructors to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in meeting learning objectives and enhancing employee performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to training instructors and program developers.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Monitor and track training metrics and outcomes to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
- Participate in the design and development of new training programs and materials as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in training evaluation, instructional design, or related areas.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Certification in training evaluation or related field is a plus.
- Effective use of MS suites ( word, excel, powerpoint)
