TV Content Producer at Smooth Promotions

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the entire production process of assigned programs, from creative aspects to administration.
  • Plan shooting schedules and production timelines for the assigned program.
  • Ensure all production activities meet the required standards and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular meetings with production crews and stakeholders to track progress.
  • Take full responsibility for the final production rating of assigned programs.
  • Determine program quality, content, guests, crew members, and direction.
  • Generate fresh ideas to improve program quality, viewership, and overall commercial success.
  • Develop and execute project proposals, working with a team of change agents.
  • Collaborate with the project execution team as a producer.
  • Develop media plans, produce content, and execute digital strategies.
  • Uphold professional standards to maintain the integrity of broadcast authority.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful execution of programs, events, or occasions.
  • Benchmark programs against competitors and submit timely reports.
  • Provide input on program scheduling, recording, and day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute expertise in all stages of production, including scriptwriting, casting, set design, etc.
  • Identify revenue-boosting opportunities within assigned programs to sustain station operations.
  • Fulfill any other duties assigned by a superior officer.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a producer.
  • In-depth knowledge of production management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making ability and a results-driven approach.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding leadership skills.
  • Candidates should be under 25 years of age.
