Project Engineer (Solar)
Role Overview
- As a Solar Project Engineer, you will be responsible for building, and implementing solar power projects. This role is contract-based and will last till the project is commissioned.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop comprehensive solar power project plans, considering client requirements, site conditions, and technical specifications.
- Conduct detailed site assessments and feasibility studies, evaluating factors like sun exposure, shading, and grid connection possibilities.
- Design and engineer solar systems, including selecting appropriate components, sizing inverters, and optimizing system layout.
- Provide technical support during project implementation, overseeing installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Generate detailed project documentation, including engineering drawings, technical reports, and as-built documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, procurement, and project management, to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 2 – 5 years of experience as a Solar project Engineer
- Good knowledge of project documentation, engineering drawings, technical reports, and as-built documentation.
Business Development Officer (MEP)
Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) sectors with over 2-3 years of relevant experience and will also play a pivotal role in driving our growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand new business opportunities within the MEP sectors.
- Have a strong industry knowledge and network of contacts/pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify market and industry trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- 2 – 5 years of experience as an MEP Business Development Officer
- Excellent communication skills.
