Internal Auditor

Qualifications and Experience

  • A good First Degree from any reputable institution
  • Age not more than 35 years with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in Audit & Accounting Services
  • Bias for Computer Science will be an advantage
  • ACA/ ACCA is a must, and a good knowledge of accounting and auditing software will be an advantage.
  • Must be multi-talented, adaptable to change, and proficient with proven written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have demonstrable experience of CFO, Accounting, and Internal Audit Knowledge in multiple sectors.
  • Must be proficient with the use of Microsoft applications including Excel, MS Word, and Power-point.
  • Hands-on experience of auditing in a reputable audit assurance firms will be an added advantage

Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate who will be reporting to the directors and partners must:

  • Be a good team player
  • Carry out instructions effectively
  • Report on activity schedules allocated in a timely manner
  • Provide necessary support as may be required to superiors
  • Report on activity schedules allocated to subordinates in a timely manner
  • Be able to sell assurance services as well as cross sell other professional services
  • Must be able to carry out Chief Finance Officer’s functions in diverse sectors
  • Must be able to carry out internal control functions in accounting and finance departments of organisations.

Information System Auditor

Qualifications and Experience

  • A good First Degree from any reputable institution
  • ACA/ACCA/CISA is a must, while any other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage
  • First Degree in Computer Science or related field and hands-on experience of similar functions in a reputable assurance firms will be an added advantage
  • Age not more than 35 years with minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in Assurance, Risk Advisory and Internal Audit
  • Must be sufficiently knowledgeable in accounting, auditing and computer applications
  • Must be familiar with key Accounting Packages and Auditing Tools
  • Must be multi-talented, adaptable to change, and proficient with proven written and oral communication skills

Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate who will be reporting to the directors and partners must:

  • Have sound understanding of systems based audit, risk management and regulatory imperatives
  • Have previous information system audit experience in similar organisation
  • Be experienced in business process, risk, control and process improvement documentation (mapping) & analysis (including sound risk, control and process improvement and analytics procedures ability)
  • Have competence in data analytics using IDEA or related tools have ability to execute routine data analytics procedures and analysing results appropriately
  • Have good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research, and communication skills.

Financial Modelling Consultant

Job Description
The ideal candidate who will be reporting to the directors and partners must be able to:

  • Build financial models in excel based on historical information and other available industry-specific operating metrics.
  • Conduct scenario analysis based on microeconomic and macroeconomic factors to access business risk.
  • Evaluate companies using various financial valuation methods, such as DCF, comparable company analysis, capital structure analysis etc.
  • Ensure the new models’ accuracy while enhancing the existing models’ quality.
  • Recommend and implement process improvement measures.
  • Identify key financial and non-financial risks and advise on how to mitigate those risks.
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis with the intent to support investment activities.
  • Update the financial models after each earnings rollout or other similar corporate actions.
  • Analyse and identify data required to support model tracking.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Age not more than 35 years with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in Audit & Financial Modelling
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications with special reference to Advanced Excel Packages is required
  • Certification in Financial Modelling and Valuation is an advantage Must be familiar with key Accounting Packages and Auditing Tools
  • Must be multi-talented, adaptable to change, and proficient with proven written and oral communication skills
  • Hands-on experience of auditing in a reputable audit assurance firms will be an added advantage.
