- Candidates should possess an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1- 2 years of work experience.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for barpatrons
- Answer customer questions about products or services.
Waitress
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 – 1 year of work experience.
- Process sales transactions
- Calculate the cost of products or services
- Accept payments
- Calculate and return change when required by the payment method
- Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request an additional change
- Answer customer questions about products or services
- Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.
Contact Center Agent
Responsibilities
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Take and process customers’ orders.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification with 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.

- Computer literacy
- Previous experience in a customer support role will be a plus.
