Client Service Executive
The Client Service Executive will:
- Ensure that day-to-day contact is kept assiduously With the client.
- Effectively manage campaigns.
- Gather information from online and offline platforms to observe, report the activities Of competing brands and recommend corresponding action points for in-house accounts in ways beneficial to both the client and agency.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, that necessary client approvals are sought at each stage Of the campaign.
- Ensure that all brand books, progress reports. contact reports. job requisitions, creative briefs, media briefs and budget control documentation is prepared and maintained.
- Guarantee that all invoices and vouchers (client and suppliers) are checked and executed thoroughly and for profit; close all receivables to ensure little or no outstanding client debts, rnonthly.
Qualification & Experience:
- 2 – 4 years in Account Management Preferably in an advertising agency.
- Proficient in the use Of MS Office tools.
- Graduate of Mass Communication, or any other related course.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking, active listening and presenting.
- Multitasking and time management skills.
- Knowledge Of budgeting and costing.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Indepth knowledge Of campaign management and carnpaign management tools/software.

Head, Client Service
Duties
Consulting
- Actively engage the clients in collaboration with other departments.
- Actively seek opportunities for growing the agency’s business, build its franchise with current clients and enhance the agency’s creative and brand building reputation, in conjunction with other departments.
- Contribute to strategic thinking and provides input and added value to client work.
Creative
- Help the Creative Team understand the client’s strategic issues and give actionable advice for improvements, for adaptation, as well as onward creative development.
- Evaluates creative work to ensure it is in accordance with the brand’s brief and strategic needs.
Client Relationship Management
- Responsible for proffering solutions to the client’s needs while maintaining agency efficiency and account profitability.
People Management
- Ensure team spirit among associates.
- Ensure high quality of associates’ work and provide them with training on the job as appropriate.
- Delegate tasks and set priorities for all accounts.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related discipline. APCON membership is an added advantage
- Minimum 8 years’ progressive work experience in client services with 3 years in a managerial position
- Experience in an Advertising Agency is mandatory
