Operations Manager

 

Job Description

  • Material handling, monitoring and recovery both in the factory and job site.
  • Customer visitation for after sale customers follows up.
  • Close monitoring of project and maintenance activities.
  • Design and implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources to achieve manufacturing target.
  • Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within budget and time schedule.
  • Oversee the orientation, and training of technical production employees to ensure a competent workforce.
  • Conduct studies and research to discover a more effective approach to production.
  • Monitor a manufacturing team to ensure operations are in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Supervise the Project Manager, Maintenance Manager and the Factory Manager’s activities in the sub-department.
  • Work with the General Manager in bidding for new contract from potential client.
  • Conduct performance appraisals with the assistance of Human Resources Department.
  • Manage the hand over procedures of project to clients.

Digital Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for digital outreach.

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the digital strategy.

SEO and SEM:

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze digital marketing performance.
  • Prepare regular reports showcasing key metrics and insights to inform future strategies.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Segment email lists for targeted communication and analyze campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, Operations, strategy and IT, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with external agencies when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 2-3 years in digital marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Graphics production.
