Description
- Act as a strategic partner and advisor on all HR matters for all the divisions.
- Manage workforce planning and ensure 100% manning.
- Recruitment with 100% adherence to the process onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Ensure new hires are promptly set up upon resumption (email and work tools).
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 – 5 years work experience.
- Proximity to Island is key.

Chef
Description
- Menu design and adherence to budgeted cost of sales
- Ability to prepare and display approved menu (with emphasis on quality, taste & variety) to meet customer satisfaction.
- Efficient product Mix with at least 10 low-cost products below 35 %.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
Waitress/Cashier
Description
- Achievement of zero stock out of displayed products.
- Request for replenishment of products on display before the last potion is sold.
- Zero incidence report of cash shortage or excess after cash reconciliation after the close of every shift
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO or FSLC qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
