Assistant Internal Auditor
Job Duties and Responsibility
- Her/she will be saddled with the responsibility of ensuring that proper checks are carried out to ensure accuracy of accounting systems and procedures.
- recommending changes in the accounting systems and controls of any business.
- verifying and inspecting accounts receivable, including payable ledgers, as well as the accuracy of its general ledger.
- His/her role also involves checking and reconciling bank deposits and payments.
- Carry out a full audit of an organization; including accessing risk and taking the necessary risk management steps to forestall fraud.
- Ensure control management regarding financial reliability and compliance by making sure that directions and regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Check all accounting process and clients’ databases
- Regularly update clients’ accounts to function properly
- Help to review and proffer solution to internal audit issues
- Check and verify all accounting books and records in conformity with industry standards, best practices, and corporate guidelines
- Participate in meetings with different departments in order to update audit findings and improve on the audit process.
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
- Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
- Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
- Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
- Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
- Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations
- Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
Qualifications

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or a similar field.
- Experience in the security industry is a plus
- Knowledge of industry trends, market competition and regulations is a plus
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development.
- Direct experience managing a team of at least 3 people.
- Strong leadership skills

Security Assistant Operations Manager
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the customer relationship by identifying client’s needs and delivering on those needs and responding to client queries on time.
- Develop strategies for the administration of all physical security requirements at client sites including key management, surveillance systems, alarm monitoring, electronic access systems, fire safety, motor vehicle checks etc.
- Assist management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence and other business development projects.
- Interpret and advice guards on policies and procedures within the specified guidelines.
- Ensure that work related problems, grievances and disciplinary actions are handled in line with company laid down policies and procedures as well as in a timely manner.
- Organize departmental meetings and communicate relevant action plans accordingly.
- Proactively liaise with all clients to keep abreast of happenings and nip potential problems in the bud.
- Communicate performance outcomes and take strict measures to combat non-performance.
- Build new and maintain existing networks that could engender new business opportunities.
- Coordinate deployment and redeployment of guards according to personnel requirements.
- Enforce excellent customer service of security teams towards all clients.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by the management.
