Patrol Supervisor
Job Description
- Patrols all beat with Motorcycle.
- Ensure the strict implementation and monitoring of any strategic initiatives of the Company, reporting same to relevant authority
- Coordinate and oversee patrols to allotted locations and perform security walkthroughs of client’s sites, while making necessary observation and submitting reports.
- Coordinate the patrols to allotted locations and conduct physical checks on the guards by assessing their turnout on a daily basis, making necessary updates.
- Oversee the monitoring of the daily occurrence book (DOB) and the attendance register.
- Generate reports as applicable (i.e. monthly, special observation, survey and clients report).
- Build excellent client relationship between the Company and the clients.
- Assist in monitoring, detecting, remediate, and contain security threats, including security systems administration and security incident response.
- Manage the operational routine of each shift, which includes arranging cover for dropped shifts; production of local operational records, reports and returns, ensuring compliance to client and company procedures.

- Attend to clients’ complaints in a timely intervention

Security Training Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
- Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
- Manage all security training program including physical drill and parade; develop, prepare and teach appropriate security guards training programs.
- Competency management function and other training records; conduct and/or oversee all training for the security personnel. Reporting all data entry; beat supervision to ensure training and instructions compliance.
- Prepare compliance reports and identify areas for improvement associated with contract-specific policies, practices, and procedures
- Coordinate, develop, deliver and manage employee training and development programs; conduct needs assessments; identify training needs;
- Develop and/or customize training courses, content, and materials; oversee and deliver training, evaluate effectiveness and adjust necessary to improve training outcomes.

Security Operations Manager
