Store Officer

Job Brief:

We are looking for a responsible Store Keeper to manage our inventory and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records. Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Unpack, label, and store incoming goods in designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment to customers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures.

Logistics Officer

Job Brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Officer to join our team. The Logistics Officer will be responsible for coordinating the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. This role requires strong logistical planning skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or distribution centers.

Patrol Supervisor

Job Description

  1. Patrols all beat with Motorcycle.
  2. Ensure the strict implementation and monitoring of any strategic initiatives of the Company, reporting same to relevant authority
  3. Coordinate and oversee patrols to allotted locations and perform security walkthroughs of client’s sites, while making necessary observation and submitting reports.
  4. Coordinate the patrols to allotted locations and conduct physical checks on the guards by assessing their turnout on a daily basis, making necessary updates.
  5. Oversee the monitoring of the daily occurrence book (DOB) and the attendance register.
  6. Generate reports as applicable (i.e. monthly, special observation, survey and clients report).
  7. Build excellent client relationship between the Company and the clients.
  8. Assist in monitoring, detecting, remediate, and contain security threats, including security systems administration and security incident response.
  9. Manage the operational routine of each shift, which includes arranging cover for dropped shifts; production of local operational records, reports and returns, ensuring compliance to client and company procedures.
  10. Generate reports as applicable (i.e. monthly, special observation, survey and clients report)
  11. Attend to clients’ complaints in a timely intervention
  12. Monitor and evaluate staff performance and ensure training needs identified (to be recorded in daily Logbook Reports,)

Security Training Manager

Job Responsibilities

  1. Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
  2.  Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
  3.  Manage all security training program including physical drill and parade; develop, prepare and teach appropriate security guards training programs.
  4. Competency management function and other training records; conduct and/or oversee all training for the security personnel. Reporting all data entry; beat supervision to ensure training and instructions compliance.
  5. Prepare compliance reports and identify areas for improvement associated with contract-specific policies, practices, and procedures
  6.  Coordinate, develop, deliver and manage employee training and development programs; conduct needs assessments; identify training needs;
  7. Develop and/or customize training courses, content, and materials; oversee and deliver training, evaluate effectiveness and adjust necessary to improve training outcomes.
  8.  Assessment of new applicants (security Guards) and documentation of successful intakes.
  9. And any other as may be assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Minimum of B.Sc./ HND or its equivalents in relevant
  2. Previous experience /membership of the Nigerian Police Force or any arm of the Military is highly an added advantage.

  4. Minimum of a year security training instructor experience
  5. Ability to research, investigate, and compile information

Security Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the processes for securing classified and sensitive information
  • Order the supply of security tools and equipment required in carrying out security operations.
  • Prepare and present reports of incidents and ways to limit reoccurrence
  • Train and supervise security officers and guards
  • Coordinate Security operational activities at the zone to ensure constant presence of guards at all locations
  • Overall responsibility for the Security Infrastructures in the premise
  • Create reports for management on security status
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor\’s/HND in any course of study

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND holder in any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the security industry, preferably as a security guard or other operative
  • Previous experience /membership of the Nigerian Police Force or any arm of the Military or State Security Service is highly an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel.
