Mechanical Maintenance Officer

Job Description

  • We are looking for a fabrication and maintenance mechanical officerto fabricate and install machines and also ensure they are operating properly.
  • Your primary responsibilities will be to perform preventive maintenance on various devices and fix technical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and deep understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics are crucial to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, oversee, and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities of all machineries, equipment, etc. in the factory for smooth running of the production activities to meet company goals.
  • Monitor the fabrication, building and installation of new machines and equipment, etc. by providing technical supports, guidance, and oversight functions to contractors/third parties to ensure that projects are completed within standard and timely.
  • Detect malfunctions through observation (sound or visual).
  • Run diagnostic tests to ensure system functionality.
  • Repair broken or faulty machine parts.
  • Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  • Make sure housekeeping tasks are completed to create a clean and hygienic atmosphere.
  • Perform emergency repairs.
  • Choose appropriate materials based on mechanical needs.
  • Align and calibrate machine parts.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
  • Follow safety rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements and skills

  • OND/HND/B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Have hands –on experience with mechanical maintenance, fabrication, fitting, welding, etc.
  • Pay close attention to details.
  • Familiarity using various power and hand tools, such as hosts and grinders.
  • Good at technical report writing.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.

Depot Administrative Officer

Job Description

  • We are currently looking for a Depot Administrative Officer with Accounting skills and very proficient in the use of Microsoft tools and others.
  • We are currently looking for a Depot Administrative Officer with Accounting skills and very proficient in the use of Microsoft tools and others to effectively and efficiently control all depot administrative dutiesincluding purchasing, chargeable damages, stock control, record keeping to date, liaise closely with the Sales Executives and assist when required.
  • The Depot is located in Jakande, Lekki and the preferred candidate should reside within Lekki/Jakande/Ajah Axis.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising all the activities at depot including on-loading, offloading, stock management, customer services.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the depot inside and outside from time to time.
  • Ensuring maximum security of all company’s assets such as computer system and the products.
  • Make requisition for stock based on approved request.
  • Receive stocks from the head office and dispense to Sales Executives.
  • Maintain proper records of stock within the depot.
  • Carry out stocks reconciliation and balances.
  • Oversee daily monitoring of stock in the storage.
  • Conduct stock reconciliation with Sales Executive.
  • Ensure checks are duly carried out and documented, monitor non-conformances in the depot.
  • Document and circulate reports as required.
  • Actively participate in conducting all necessary inventory of stock in the depot.
  • Render all necessary report of all transactions regularly to the head office.Requirements

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Business admin or other numerate disciplines.
  • Must have accounting knowledge and skills.
  • Must have inventory knowledge.
  • Candidate is expected to be energetic and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word etc.).
  • He/she should have an eye for details.
  • Candidates must reside within Lekki/Jakande/Ajah Axis.

Note: Candidate will work from Monday (8am-5pm) and Saturday (9am-5pm).


Production Supervisor

Job Description

  • We are looking fora Production Supervisor whose duties include but not limited to overseeing daily routine production activities.

Responsibilities
Including (but not limited to) the following tasks:

  • Supporting the Production Manager and covering for them ad hoc
  • Training and mentoring new production team members
  • Supervising and overseeing the production team, including assigning and delegating tasks as appropriate
  • Ensuring that production processes are in line with company
  • Adapting project workflow confidently and decisively when necessary
  • Communicating expectations to production team members
  • Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow
  • Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates
  • Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment
  • Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in Agricultural Science or others
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of production supervisor experience in a manufacturing organization
  • Knowledge of production supervisor inmanufacturing processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.

Electrical Maintenance Officer

Job Description

  • We are looking for an ElectricalMaintenanceOfficer who will help us advance our electrical systems, and machine applications and also ensure they are operating properly while performing various engineering task on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Boiler operating.
  • Boiler preventive maintenance; cleaning the boiler area after shift usage.
  • Services of generator when it’s due date.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Fryer operating system both burner and the stareral.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control equipment.
  • Proper cleaning of store/workshop and arrangement of every work place.
  • Carryout maintenanceon all the equipment panel, Electric Motor, burner, boiler and be fully.
  • Reporting daily activities after work.
  • Record keeping of diesel, generator services, boiler must be done daily.
  • Store keeping and proper arrangement of store.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
