Electrical Maintenance Technician
Description
- The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing all maintenance functions related to electrical systems, and power generation distribution in line with safety operations and maintenance principles to guarantee the smooth functioning of the production facility.
Duties
- Responsible for setting up power supply; conduit and wiring for currently installed equipment and machines, including programmable controllers, while adhering to blueprints, electrical ethics, utilizing voltage tester and hand tools.
- Perform predictive and preventative maintenance duties and generate work notifications to address any issues detected.
- Ensure all electrically powered equipment and machineries are adequately powered, functioning and in good condition.
- Maintain weekly equipment and machines (welding machines, cranes, air compressors, laser cutting machine, CNC cutting machine, LVD punch machine, bending machine, powder coating and utilities).
- Repair damaged equipment and machines
- Work closely with all team members to ensure each task is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist other team members in the plant to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
- Understand and adhere to company Safety Management System work processes and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / OND or equivalent. Technical Certification in Electrical and Electronic Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, BE. Electrical, Electro-Mechanical or equivalent is a plus.
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience industrial maintenance.
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Description
- The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing preventive maintenance activities among the maintenance team.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff.
- Providing motivation and assistance when necessary.
- Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff.
- Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
- Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment.
- Overseeing the purchasing and maintenance of the electrical equipment on-site.
- Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
- Consulting with builders, architects, and other workers on-site.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rulesand regulations.
Requirements
- B.Eng. / HND in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or its equivalent.
- Must have 7-8 years of proven work experience in general factory mechanical machinery, plant & equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of preventive electrical maintenance and best maintenance practices.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Familiarity with state electrical and safety codes.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Electrical Assembly Supervisor (Panel)
Description
- Supervise the control panel section. Provide guidance, direction, leadership, and mentorship to Electrical Assemblers under his/her supervision.
Duties
- Collect production plan from the Production Planner/Production Manager on weekly basis.
- Collect production material from store.
- Supervises the processing and assembly of electrical DC looms, control panels etc. Complete point to point wiring, and install a wide variety of electronic and electro mechanical components.
- Determine the method and sequence of assembly operations.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, specifications and work orders to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.
- Make sure that the production plans and programs are carried out by the staff.
- Assure production related needs are accomplished and completed per schedule or production requirements.
- Inspect work as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Report the finished products (panels) to the Production Planner/Manager and store.
- Supervise DC Harness section.
- Uphold and sustain 5S in the section.
- Use safety equipment, and protective devices and equipment as standardized for the section.
- Maintain safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Instruct, supervise, and transfer skills to DC Harness workers assigned to him to ensure high level of safety and quality of work.
- Prepare reports to Production Manager.
- Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a High School Degree in Electronics Engineering Degree. BE in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is a plus. Other certifications in electronics assembly is a plus.
- Must have 7-8 years of proven work experience in electrical assembly and wiring.
Competencies:
- Excellent proficiency in process specifications manufacturing practices and standardized assembly operations
- Outstanding operational familiarity with soldering irons hand tools and electrical test and precision measuring instruments
- Proficient in accurate comprehension of assembly drawings schematic diagrams and work instructions

Powder Coating Supervisor
Job Description
- Manage a team of Powder Coaters, responsible for the complete powder coating process.
- Estimate material requirements, assign tasks, evaluate work progress, ensure that safety guidelines are respected, recommend corrective actions, and train staff.
Duties
- Supervising production line (powder coating section) in accordance with plant policies and procedure.
- Responsible for shift schedule, workstation assignments/rotations, staff annual leaves, overtime.
- Schedule and conduct section meetings.
- Responsible for preparation of parts for coating.
- Ensure all principles and practices of powder coating application.
- Observe all coating equipment including electrostatics guns, machine gauges to detect defects.
- Ensure baking at appropriate temperatures within limited time.
- Ensure that all canopy parts produced are well coated and production activities consistent with company established goals for quality and customers specifications.
- Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout facility.
- Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment.
- Ensure basic knowledge of the mechanics and repair of coating equipment.
- Responsible for proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and machines.
- Responsible for receiving complete parts for effective processes flow.
- Responsible to meet production goals and targets.
- Responsible for materials collection on weekly basis.
- Ensure all workers are well coordinated.
- Escalate all issues with production to the production manager.
