Loader and Offloader

Brief Description

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and offloading all Electronics and home appliances in the store.

Duties

  • Loading packaged shipments onto shipping trucks
  • Pushing packages prior to loading
  • Operating hand trucks for loading of individual packages
  • Unloading incoming shipments from shipping trucks and transporting to store/warehouses
  • General store/warehouse maintenance
  • Assisting storekeeper to check goods upon receiving and dispatching
  • All glass items and led screen to be handled with care
  • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition, or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

Minimum Requirements

Senior Account Receivable Officer

Job Description

  • Successful candidate will manage reconciliation of all telecommunication project accounts and spreadsheets for all the facilities with routine and non-routine invoices.
  • Reconciliation of all telecom project account.
  • Allocation for payment to invoices.
  • Make sure all the deliveries will be invoiced on time with all the branches.
  • Provide timely Reports on all Project Accounts, Payment update and categories report.
  • Prepare spreadsheets for all the facilities with routine and non-routine invoices.
  • Send all invoices to client on time and follow up to be paid on time.
  • Reconcile and update all quotes and SO’s on AX.
  • Attend to meeting with Client finance and Fincom team if needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate- Accounting, Finance or equivalent. MBA or Master’s Degree or having any of the following relevant certifications (CFA, CMA, and CPA) would be a plus.
  • Min 5-7 years of relevant experience in a huge operation or a group of companies. Telecoms company is preferable.

Pricing Analyst

Job Description

  • We are looking for a pricing analyst who will contribute strategically to our pricing strategy and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the appropriate pricing for company products based on a variety of factors, carry out market research to study competitor prices for similarproducts, review sales data and decide on a market price for a range of products based on their evaluation.

Duties

  • Price audit and quotation approval of the company’s products.
  • Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers.
  • Identify marketing strategies to increase profits, monitor industry benchmarks and changes that may impact pricing strategies.
  • Develop measurement tools to identify changing market trends.
  • Identify appropriate sales and clearance prices to increase customer traffic.
  • Compare sales trends to previous periods and determine the cause for decrease or increase.
  • Monitor industry benchmarks and changes that may impact pricing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Admin, statistics or related field
  • Min 3-5 years of experience as a pricing analyst or a similar analytical role in a manufacturing and sales firm or FMCG.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical product pricing strategies, market dynamics and financial modelling is an added advantage.

Work Supervisor

Brief Description

Store materials, pick, pack and scan orders with the goal to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Ensure proper care and maintenance of company’s stock, including ordering, receiving, inspecting and managing inventory.

Duties

  • Inspection of vehicles upon arrival in workshop and before dispatch.
  • Preparing material list on base of inspection and carry out the cost analysis to finalize the repair cost.
  • Supervise the workshop team such as mechanics, electrician, and painters.
  • Cross check the work carried out in workshop and correct/instruct the workshop team as and when required.
  • Check and certify the vehicles road worthiness, if required shall coordinate via email/phone with end-users for service and repair.
  • Record and maintain the vehicles data and history, on base of history data prepare the PPM plan.
  • Communicate the vehicles service/repair schedule to end-users and get the feedback from end-users once work completed.
  • Prepare the daily workshop progress report with Supplier and FASCM productivity.
  • Maintain the all-vehicles Kilo meter history chart for PPM plan.
  • Prepare the necessary spare parts list for store and maintain the minimum necessary spare stock.
  • Check the vehicle documents as and when required and communicate the concern department for renewal of documents.

  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping, inventory management and stock counting
  • Knowledge and experience on ERP systems

Storekeeper

Brief Description

Duties

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Receive and process on time warehouse stock items (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Inspect deliveries for damage, fault, missing items or any discrepancy and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping, update Bin Cards and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
  • Ensure all received items are processed to the level of GRN.
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  • Complete diary logs into inventory and report any discrepancies.
  • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure safe delivery and distribution of items for branches, customers and departments.
