Electrical Supervisor

Brief Description

  • Supervise the control panel section.
  • Provide guidance, direction, leadership and mentorship to Electrical Assemblers under his/her supervision.

Duties

  • Collect production plan from the Production Planner/Production Manager on weekly basis.
  • Collect production material from store.
  • Supervises the processing and assembly of electrical DC looms, control panels etc. Complete point to point wiring, and install a wide variety of electronic and electro mechanical components.
  • Determine the method and sequence of assembly operations.
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, specifications and work orders to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.
  • Make sure that the production plans and programs are carried out by the staff.
  • Assure production related needs are accomplished and completed per schedule or production requirements.
  • Inspect work as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Report the finished products (panels) to the Production Planner/Manager and store.
  • Supervise DC Harness section.
  • Uphold and sustain 5S in the section.
  • Use safety equipment, and protective devices and equipment as standardized for the section.
  • Maintain safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Instruct, supervise, and transfer skills to DC Harness workers assigned to him to ensure high level of safety and quality of work.
  • Prepare reports to Production Manager.
  • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Degree. Electronics Engineering Degree, BE. Electro-Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is a plus. Other certifications in electronics assembly is a plus.
  • 7 – 8 years of proven work experience in electrical assembly and wiring.

Competencies:

  • Outstanding operational familiarity with soldering irons hand tools and electrical test and precision measuring instruments

Machine Operator

Duties

  • Receive Production plan and schedule from Supervisor.
  • Review plan and revert to supervisor if any issue.
  • Review the day’s work order then proceed to set up and operate equipment according to established technical specifications.
  • Translate the blueprints and dimensions on drawings to outputs by aligning, loading, operating, and other related tasks on the machine.
  • Carry out daily routine maintenance checks before and after each shift.
  • Arrange and set up the material handling equipment and machineries.
  • Monitor the machine operations to see that the finished products and components are aptly matching with the quality and quantity of the company.
  • Adhere to 5S demands and a safe working environment by maintaining company’s guidelines and use of PPE’s.
  • Provide ideas or suggestions for process improvement.
  • Examine and separate defective goods and packaging components.
  • Replenish, stock, and sort the material supplies.
  • Work together with the team for maximum output.
  • Recalibrate and clean the machineries after completing the production activities.
  • Maintain a report of the total number of products manufactured per day.
  • Check the newly installed machines for their efficiency and deliver a report for the same to supervisor.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of machines.
  • Carry out routine maintenance alongside maintenance team and perform spot inspections of parts.
  • Call the attention of maintenance team when machines have broken down.
  • Conduct periodic checks on output efficiency.
  • Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed.
  • Control and adjust machine settings to start a production cycle.
  • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
  • Test operation of machines periodically and fix issues that might occur during the shift or call maintenance team.
  • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
  • Keep records of defective units and final products.
  • Maintain activity logs. Including tools change and submit to supervisor.
  • Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; notifying company technicians of needed repairs with the support of the maintenance crew.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Certified in Precision Sheet Metal Operator (PSMO), Computer Numerical Control (CNC), and/or any other relevant certification is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of proven work experience as Machine Operator in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Competencies:

  • Sound technical skills and ability to fix problems with any type of machinery
  • Knowledge of maintaining and upgrading different machines
  • Ability to work with schematics and comprehend complex technical instructions and blueprints
  • Good command over CAD and CAM technologies

Quality supervisor

Duties

  • Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
  • Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the manager, provide root cause analysis and execute corrective action plans.
  • Adherence to quality standard of the company.
  • Approve or reject products based on the quality standards.
  • Maintain records, inspection results, and performance documentation.
  • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

REF / AC Technician

Duties

  • The REF, AC Technician is responsible to rework all defect units that occurred during production at the production floor and also attend to all AC, REF and freezer from sale return end
  • To assist to assemble the unit when the need arises
  • It is required from you to work with other team members to achieve set target/ goal in good time as required

TV Technician

Brief Description

  • Full and complete engagement in attending, repairing, servicing of customers complaints and must always ensure customers satisfaction.

Duties

  • Attend all calls assigned by the supervisor.
  • Report back to office on any Customer feedback.
  • Do site survey and report to office to advice unit capacity and installation planning.
  • Reduce repair turnaround time.
  • Increase Customer satisfactory level.
  • Adequate communication with customer and to the team.
  • Ensure adding value to customer confidence on products.
  • Follow up with customers pending job and update to closure.

Assistant Manager, Talent Management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the HR /TM and People strategies aligned to the business objectives.
  • Be responsible for all HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR related issues).
