Port Medic/Industrial Nurse
Job Summary
- The successful candidates will be solely responsible for assessing workplace health and safety issues in the Terminal and providing professional medical services as the need arises
Education & Experience
- Graduate School of Nursing / BSc Nursing with at least 4 years of cognate work experience.
- Experience as an Industrial Nurse or a similar role in an industrial environment with a valid license to practice.
Required Skills:
- Physically fit and able to administer medical aid and attend to emergency situations.
- Extensive knowledge of nursing principles and procedures, workplace hazards and safety risk.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in medical emergencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suites
- Ability to work well individually and in a team
- Excellent organizational planning and administrative skill.
Tally Clerk
Job Summary
- The successful candidates will be solely responsible for examining, counting and recording both incoming and outgoing cargoes from the Terminal and also calculating the storage, damage shipping and receiving fees.
Education & Experience
- A minimum of OND / NCE in Statistics / Accounting / Business / Management preferable or similar discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in Cargo Tally
- Operations or any other relevant similar role
Required Skills:
- Physically fit, energetic to lift, stretch or stand for long and no phobia of height
- Detail-oriented with the sound mathematical numerical aptitude to process large numbers of daily cargoes
- Basic knowledge of port operations, understanding port safety regulations and procedures
- Understand commonly used hand signs to communicate without a radio system.
- Basic knowledge of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft office suites
- Ability to work well individually and in a team.
HR/Admin Officer
Job Summary
- The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative and HR support for the HR & Admin Department
Education & Experience
- A minimum of BSc / HND in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or similar Social Science discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years working experience as a HR officer,
- Admin Officer or similar relevant role.
- Must have at least one (1) of CIPM, NIM, or similar relevant certification.
Required Skills:
- Must be able to communicate effectively (oral and written) with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good administrative skills (planning, implementing, multitasking).
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites (words, excel, power-point) etc.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence
- Must be diligent and able to work under pressure in meeting set timelines.
- Must be a team player and most importantly self-driven.
Assistant Estate/Property Manager
Job Summary
- The successful candidate will assist the Property Manager in maintaining and tracking the performance of real estate assets of the Company to ensure the profitability of investments in real estate
Education & Experience
- BSc / HND in any of the following disciplines: Estate Management, Civil Engineering or any related discipline.
- 0-1 year work Experience

Account Officer
Job Summary
- The successful candidate will be responsible for general bookkeeping, payroll management, and remittance of staff-related statutory payments i.e. PAYE, Pension, etc.
Education & Experience
- BSc or HND in Accounting
- Student or Certified Member of ICAN/ACCA or equipment
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduation experience in financial
- Accounting, cost, and management accounting
- Must be proficient in computing and have good knowledge of Microsoft office and the ability to leam another software package as required.

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of personal integrity and good grooming
- Prevention and misuse of the company’s funds
- Good numerical skills
