Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • Marketing Manager: to manage, establish and maintain positive customer relationships, to oversee the marketing budget, perform competitive analyses, research new trends, plan and deliver effective marketing strategies and monitor the progress of new and existing products to ensure growth and profitability.

Job Duties / Responsibilities Accountabilities

  • Strategy Formulation and Implementation, Stakeholder & External Relation, Financial
  • Management, People Management, identify trends, insights and optimize performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with third party vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Understand market dynamics and competitive landscape that affect product demand and direction, using it as feedback to drive attractiveness of the company’s product.
  • Supporting sales with deal qualifications and initial scoping of incoming opportunities.
  • Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary product expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, FAQs, presentations, product training, and relevant papers.
  • Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the Sales Teamis kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products.
  • Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Sales, Marketing and Technical Solutions to address any issues that may arise.
  • Direct market research and intelligence gathering efforts to assess customer response to/ requirements for products.
  • Assist with the development of Go-To-Market plans and provide content for advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
  • Recommend value added services to drive customer retention.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for new business, products and services.
  • Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface for lead tracking and management.
  • Provide marketing support and / or assistance to other team members on product solutions.

Job Specification

  • Minimum of a University Degree in Accountancy, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
  • An MBA or Masters’ degree in any business-related discipline is an added advantage
  • Minimum of twelve (3) years’ post-graduation experience in Automobile with at least five (5) years’ experience in an Executive Management role.
  • Good knowledge of the Automobile Industry
  • Experience working with CRM (Client Relationship Management) Systems.
  • Certification in Marketing is desirable.
  • Understanding of website analytics, content management and digital marketing.

Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership
  • Understand and ability to demonstrate vehicle features.
  • Specialize in addressing maintenance plans, warranties and services.
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
  • Provides sales management information by completing reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales or business administration preferred.
  • 2 – 4 years work experience.
  • Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car
  • Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars and providing the potential customer with detailed information
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.

Admin Officer

Principal Responsibilities
Support and production activities:

  • To assist in search for branch premises
  • To manage relations with suppliers
  • To assist in providing administrative procedures for offices (electricity, water, telephone, etc…)
  • To ensure compliance with the logistics procedures in purchase of goods and services, inventory, and related documents (forms, templates)
  • To assist in negotiating procurements and to follow-up contracts with suppliers as per procedures
  • To assist in organizing branch supply for equipment, furniture, material, stationery, security services, and ensure respect of standards (e.g. fire protection,)
  • To follow up on maintenance of all fixed assets (including vehicles) and premises
  • To ensure storage and permanent inventory of all consumable goods, as well as timely and Controlled delivery

Control activities:

  • To check the equipment’s efficiency, and ensure the relevant maintenance services in relation with suppliers or contractors.
  • To ensure periodic inventory of Items purchased
  • To establish standards of costs for comparison purposes

The Adminofficer shall demonstrate:

  • Ability to meet deadlines in purchase, delivery and maintenance or storage of all goods needed by the company
  • Ability to negotiate and assess best offers in order to respect budgeting specification
  • Must exhibit good writing and conceptual skills (procedures, instructions, formats).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or HND from a recognised institution with NYSC Discharge or exemption certificate.
  • Applicants must possess minimum of two (2) years post-NYSC work experience as Admin Officer.
