Facility Officer
Job Description
- Co-ordinate maintenance of all facilities, office gadgets and vehicles.
- Ensure proper inspection of facility to determine the need for repairs or renovation.
- Timely response to issues to enable smooth operation of the facility.
- Perform analysis and forecasting of the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements.
- Proper record keeping of financial and nonfinancial records.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan to ensure the upkeep of the facility.
- Assist with the delivery of repairs and facility management policies.
- Provide regular reports of all maintenance functions.
- Ensure proper monitoring and supervision of office cleaners.
- Organize site visit.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Facility Management, or related field
- Preferably a Female for gender balance
- Well-experienced in fleet management.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication both written and oral and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Physical ability to perform inspections and oversee facility related issues.
Assistant Procurement Officer
Job Description
- Responsible for raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Comparing product deliveries with issued purchase orders to ensure there are no discrepancies
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies
- Maintain good relationships with vendors
- Ensure all supplies and equipment required are delivered on time
- Review, compare and analyze cost parameters of supplies
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Knowledge of market research
- Good attention to details and able to work under pressure

Job Description
- Devise a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic and generate sales.
- Work with Sales Team to deploy successful marketing campaigns and ensure implementation.
- Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the real estate trend and new market opportunities.
- Manage marketing and sales activities, advertising and promotional events.
- Supervise the media team to also produce valuable and engaging content.
- Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy flyers, brochures and others.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities which has led to actual sales.

Requirements

- 3 – 4 years’ experience in marketing
- In-depth knowledge of real estate industry will be an advantage.
