Membership Services Executive

Job Role

  • To generate top-class individuals and corporate organizations for the membership of the National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA) in accordance with laid-down policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Applicant for this role must be a holder of either an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
  • Highly skillful in the use of computer and social media to drive the membership marketing of the Institute on a targeted basis.
  • The applicant should be available to resume immediately if successful.

Account Officer

Responsibilities 

  • Daily imputation of financial entries into the accounting software
  • Preparation of credit report
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement, Reconciliation of Ledgers, and Resolving of differences.
  • Banking transactions.
  • Monitoring of Accounts Receivables and Payables.
  • Administration duties.
  • Petty cash management.
  • Proper daily filing system in the account department.

Requirements

  • Sc Accounting
  • Qualified member of a recognised professional accounting body
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience

Skills:

  • Financial Statement Preparation, Reporting, Credit Report Analysis and Interpretation.
  • Management Account Preparation and Reporting, Budgeting and Variance Analysis.
  • Advanced Knowledge in preparing required company accounts.
  • Internal Controls, Auditing, Payroll Administration and Strategic Financial Planning.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge, Business Planning, Tax Planning & Management and Working Capital Management.

Academic Administrator

Job Description

  • To oversees our Institution’s learning programmes (virtual and physical), faculties and the entire of its professional postgraduate specialist programmes in credit administration/management
  • Able to develop, coordinate, and supervise students and lecturers by ensuring that they follow the academic policies, procedures, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Must be a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree holder majoring in Educational Management, Curriculum Development, Examination Administration and Measurement, among others.
  • 5 – 10 years relevant work experience.
  • Age: From 35 years and above.
  • Academic Administrators are involved in a broad range of administrative duties supporting instruction, including matters such as curriculum development, evaluating quality and methods of instruction, researching and recommending new programs and/or revisions to existing programs, establishing and maintaining academic
  • Successful candidate will start work immediately.
