Route Inspector
Responsibilities
- Monitor Terminal/Shelter Performance against set targets.
- Ensure accurate data to analyze bus and route performance are captured at work location.
- Liaise with route superintendent in analyzing factors affecting Service Performance on routes, to respond to changing market conditions.
- Ensure Scheduling and other activities are compliant with legislation and regulations (including busmen’ hours, speed limits etc.).
- Analyze and Trend Operational Performance in terms of bus availability and reliability.
- Participate in the production and presentation of information on the organization Operations and Performance.
- Be Customers friendly and paying attention to passengers’ such as wait & ride time, personal safety, comfort, crowding, ride quality, driver behavior, cleanliness and state of repair.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of OND.
- 0 – 2 years of work experience.
- Must reside in Lagos.
Mechanic
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience.
- Sound knowledge of high capacity vehicles
Security Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Responds to and investigates complaints from staff / Busmen and assists in taking appropriate action
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
- Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Assists in the delivery of related training programs and disseminating information to the Busmen when required.
- Assists in carrying out Safety and Health compliance surveys.
- Assists in investigating accidents or injuries that occur in the depot / on the road
- Regular patrol check on guards/ police officers to ensure compliance
- Apprehend criminals and evict violators
- Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
- Assists in carrying out inspections of the depot and takes necessary action to ensure compliance.
- Assists in the establishment of workplace safety.
- Assists in the preparation of various reports, documents and forms as required.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
- Must have 3 years relevant job experience
- Excellent organisation, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
