Customer Service Executives

Proxynet Group, an IT company seeks to recruit an experienced, responsible and trust worthy individual to fill this role of a Customer Service Officer ( Front Desk)  Only Female and must reside in Lagos ( mainland)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Ensure the reception is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
  • Maintain records and files.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Good Social Media Management Skills
  • Good Use of Office Package
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Good Computer Skills
  • BSC Degree in any discipline. Customer Service certification would be an added advantage
  • Upsell and cross-sell to customers
  • Must have 4 to 5 years working experience.
  • Must reside in Lagos and on the Mainland

Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000/month


Sales Executives

Job Description

  • Marketing and positioning of company’s screen and VC solutions rental services and products online
  • Developing and building the rental business
  • Create a strong visibility and client base for all our product/brands.
  • Maintaining good client relations and records.
  • Follow up rental leads to ensure it turns to business.
  • Generate leads and close the deals.
  • Bulk mailing and SMS and emails to companies showcasing our rental services
  • Follow-up on leads and prospects from our online activities to a logical conclusion.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of all activities
  • Establishing relationship with event companies
  • Management and coordination all rental opportunities
  • For overall online marketing strategy and execution.
  • Prepare presentation slides and build proposals for our products.
  • Coordinate, manage and grow our customer’s database.
  • This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence, gaining visibility for our rental service and engaging our customers

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required; creative writing skills a plus
  • Must be a good sales person with experience
  • Experience with general Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin)
  • Must be extremely detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through
  • Minimum of BSC in a relevant discipline
  • Must reside in Lagos ( mainland)
Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
