Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Third Party Logistics and Acquisition to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will develop and maintain a network of partners across all business divisions, to ensure adequate availability of supply (fleet) always.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage a database of logistics partners and act as the lead point of contact for internal and external communications with partners. • Provide leadership and guidance to the supply team in order to expand the company’s supply database
- Develop strategies to source for needed partners in the shortest possible time
- Identify, build relationships with, and manage supply partners (dispatch riders, logistics companies, car, bus, and van owners, trucking partners, and warehousing partners)
- Provide timely, relevant, and actionable management reporting for supplier performance, open issues, and potential constraints and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a B.sc in transport management or related field
- Minimum of 6 years cognate experience or the logistics space
- Have strong negotiation and communication skills
Head of Growth & Business Development
We are looking for a Senior-level Business Development professional to shape our business organistion and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executives and SDR’s across enterprise and mid-market sales. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion
- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
- Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, Product and Marketing
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
Manager, Marketing Communications

Requirements:

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing for different channels and audiences.
- Strong understanding of product development processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Head Of Finance
Responsibilities
- Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
- Take the lead on financial accounting and reporting
- Oversee all audit and internal control operations
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Create, update and implement financial policies and procedures
- Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions

Requirements
