HR & Admin Executive
Salary: 200–220k gross plus comprehensive benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee payroll processes
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Assist in compensation strategy development
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Provide HR guidance to employees
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee development
- Promote employee engagement and positive workplace
Requirements:
- Proficiency in payroll software, ERP, and HRIS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience with a focus on payroll and recruitment.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Executive Assistant to the MD
Responsibilities:
- Managing the MD’s calendar
- Arranging business travel
- Stakeholder management
- Processing expenses and budgets
- Coordinating events and meetings
- Managing communications
- Performing administrative tasks
- Supporting project management
- Handling other ad-hoc duties for the MD
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage social media content and posting
Junior Graphics Designer
Requirements:
- HND/BSc
- 2-4 years’ experience
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.)
- Good writing skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Creativity
- Print management expertise
- Ability to read and interpret design briefs with a maximum of two iterations
- Teamwork skills
- Service orientation
- Time and project management skills
Compensation:
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦180,000 monthly (gross)
