Junior IT Support (NYSC Intern)
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Assist users with hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems promptly and effectively.
- Hardware and Software Setup.
- User Account Management.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory management.
- Provide remote support to remote or off-site employees using remote desktop tools and VPN connections.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless connections.
- Perform routine hardware maintenance, such as cleaning, equipment inspections, and component replacement (e.g., RAM, hard drives).
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical issues and projects.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Applicant must be an NYSC member of Batch B Stream 2 2023/2024
- Strong interest in IT and technology.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

- Creating and updating expense reports
- Maintain digital & physical financial records
- Bank reconciliation
- Daily data entry
- Daily input of FX rate
- Customers and vendors invoicing
- Perform other tasks as assigned by his or her supervisor
Requirements
- OND in Accounting from accredited institution available for one (1) year internship or NYSC (2023 Batch B stream 2)
- Ability to spot numerical errors and pay attention to details
- Knowledge of financial rules and regulations
- Must be smart and ready to work
- Proficiency in the use of Excel
