Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000/month
Job Summary
- To provide leadership to the team members by overseeing the operations and management of the outlet daily with the aim to maximise profit while minimizing cost.
Job Description
- Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the outlet complies with health and safety regulations
- Ensure adherence to all established Standard Operating Procedures relating to food production
- Enforce conformance to the established food safety and quality policies
- Ensure compliance to the So Fresh standard recipe and measurements
- Ensure optimum performance in controlling the quality level of product and service, operating costs, customer satisfaction and safety procedures as well as sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assess the resource requirements putting into consideration of the peak hours and appropriately schedule resource.
- Ensure adherence to all established Standard Operating Procedures relating to the outlet operations and help desk activities)
- Follow up to ensure all help desk sales are closed out at the promised time
- Manage the well-being and health of team members
- Manage the leave process of team members
- Duly allocate and approve overtime hours to team members when the need arises
- Actively coach and mentor team members to deliver excellent results
- Conduct training in equipment in equipment operations or work and safety procedure during on-the-the job training of new hires.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND and BSc qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role in the food/retail industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent record keeping and supervisory skills
- Candidate should live close to the work location which is OPIC
Helpdesk Representative
- Salary Range₦50,000 – ₦100,000/month
Job Summary

- The Helpdesk Representatives serve customers by providing product and service information, resolving customers’ concerns, complaints and obtain feedback, as well as ensure sales are closed at the stipulated time.
Job Description
- Communicate courteously with customers by phone calls, emails, online and social media
- Assist customers to facilitate their choices and purchases of freshly processed products
- Attend to customer suggestions, objections, complaints and gathers information on customers’ preferences, reactions and general feedback
- Provide pricing and delivery information to customers
- Set up new customers’ account or update existing customers’ details on Vend.
- Record details of customers’ complaints or grievance and the corrective actions taken in the customer complaint form
- Explore cold and warm calling to both new and existing customers to ensure customer retention
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interactive communication
- Close sales at the promised time
- Adhere to the Customer service handbook and Customer Experience Standard Operating Procedure.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/ HND certificate in a relevant field
- 0 -2 years’ experience in helpdesk/customer service in the food industry
- Working knowledge of customer service principles & practices
- Willingness to work on Saturdays
- Possess excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers
- Computer literacy is highly required
- Candidate must live close to the desired work location.
Quality Assurance Officer
Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
Job Purpose
- Ensure compliance to company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications among staff.
Job Duties
- Ensure the monitoring and programming critical control points in all outlets.
- Responsible for monitoring product food safety and quality throughout the production process.
- Manage corrective and preventive action process; including failure, investigation and root-cause analysis regarding food quality.
- Conduct Water and Food Item Analysis across all outlet; also following up on the laboratories on the result of the tests.
- Responsible for managing quality standards on the production lines by liaising with the Outlet Managers and Production Supervisors.
- Ensure the correct recipe guidelines for products are adhered to.
- Periodically vet outlets’ filling of record logs and documentation during outlet visit.
- Ensure freshness, wholesomeness and cleanliness of all fruits, vegetables and other ingredients used in production.
- Responsible for creating, revising and maintaining a library of all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
- Ensure that all products and procedures are in compliance with established specifications and regulatory standards while liaising with Government Regulatory Bodies.
- Ensure that all new regulations are accurately implemented at all outlets and suppliers.
- Continually improve the system, processes, and make suggestions for changes and improvements.
- Conducts routine inspection in all outlets, ensuring controls and documentation procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance to hygiene standards and quality protocol among staff.
Qualification
- Minimum of B.Sc. in Microbiology, Biochemistry or any related discipline.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in quality assurance for QSR.
- Experience in developing industry standard SOPs and Policies.
- Practical knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies such as Total Quality Management, Six Sigma etc.
- Practical knowledge of Food Safety Management and Lean Production.
