Senior Site Supervisor

Job Description

  • The Senior Site Supervisor (Logistics) will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at a logistics site.
  • This includes overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • The Senior Site Supervisor will lead a team of site supervisors and logistics personnel, driving performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Control and coordinate the activities of the site supervisors and their officers
  • Pursue KPI achievements at various stage as stated on the indicators for the sites
  • Organize regular awareness training for officers and supervisors in collaborations with the training center and quality control department
  • Monitor and evaluates site performance metrics to collaborate with HRBPs at intervals.
  • Monitors team’s and vendors (franchise) adherence to standard level agreement/target
  • Ensures compliance with all regulations governing logistics/transportation of shipments.
  • Utilizes available technology to input and obtain workflow status to identify problems in operations and resolve accordingly
  • Implements appropriate safety procedures; reviews safety practices; investigates injuries and unsafe conditions; takes appropriate corrective action.
  • Assists with budget preparation and administration; provides inventory usage forecasts; monitors monthly budget status.
  • Identifies opportunities for improving service delivery methods and procedures; identifies resource needs; reviews with appropriate management staff; implements improvements
  • Facilitate approval processes for funds and materials as initiated by individual sites
  • Manage Freight and COD collection for shipment delivered. Eliminate backlogs and stalling of all funds related transactions with the assistance of the site supervisors

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory  role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Team management skills
  • Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Account Payable Officer

Job Overview

  • An Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the payment of a company’s bills and expenses.
  • Their general objective includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Raising of payment voucher with postings
  • Vetting of supporting document for expense reimbursement for regional operational cost
  • Operations petty cash management of regions
  • Posting of transactions on SAP such as trip cost, other payment and petty cash regionally
  • Management of all regions petty cash.
  • Filling of documents on regional operations cost
  • Preparation of prepayment schedule, One off vendors and others
  • Preparation of vendor schedule to track payment due to vendors regional related
  • Prepaid expenses schedule management
  • Month end bank and sap reconciliation for financial closing
  • Assisting the manager in month end closing report
  • Vetting and check on Waybils due for Third party fee regionally
  • Approval of applications on OA (Third party delivery,petty cash reimbursement from all regions with all check.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience as an Account Payable Officer
  • Must have basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Must give timely and accurate data.
  • Must pay attention to details.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Having an accounting professional certification is beneficial.

Site Manager

Job Summary

  • The Site Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of logistics operations at a designated site. This includes overseeing receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution activities.
  • The Site Manager ensures operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team and maintain high levels of productivity and service quality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying areas of opportunities to the SRM in opening new business sites.
  • Perform feasibility studies on areas of new opportunities.
  • Identify and collect feedback from senior site supervisors and site supervisors on problem-solving processes.
  • Collate performance reports from senior site supervisors.
  • Relate with the regional manager on an advisory basis.
  • Creating and maintaining performance benchmark on a daily basis from daily activities.
  • Measure site performance level as collated from KPI and advise region leaders accordingly.

Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
