HR Reward Specialist

Job Summary

  • The HR Service Center in Sweden is responsible for delivering world class service delivery to our business in Sweden. It is a collaborative environment where your key stakeholders are senior management and line managers in Sweden and abroad.

What you will do

  • Support local implementation of global reward policies and initiatives, e.g. salary setting, incentive calculations, market analysis etc.
  • The role is also expected to support in managing the local benefits portfolio via our Benefits Portal.
  • You will be working cross function within our HR Service Centre; Mobility Specialists to support Tetra Pak’s mobile employees on reward related matters, Payroll, Recruitment etc.
  • Yearly Equal Pay Analysis.
  • Annual Compensation Review.
  • Drive and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives within HR to help ensure we continue to be productive and deliver a world class service to the Tetra Pak business.

Project Engineer

Job Summary

  • The Project Engineer will be responsible to drive equipment line activities in order to reach the objectives of cost, quality, functionality and time.
  • The owners of the job bridges Project Management and Line Engineering, leading technical area who contributes to deliver technical solutions to PD, TD, PLC projects/activities within a defined budget and timeframe.
  • The owner of the job works under supervision, performs tasks of low complexity and coordination, receive moderate level of guidance and direction. The owner has a certain expertise but still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.

What you will do

  • Take on role of core team member Capital Equipment Development within projects with medium complexity (both PD and TD).
  • Lead under minimum supervision medium complexity and cross competence and organizations PLC projects, correction and pre-study activities, including medium complexity product extensions.
  • Manage PLC related activities in order to reach the objectives of cost, quality, functionality and time: scope, objectives, deliverables and requirements management: schedule development, execution and monitoring (including verification and validation schedule development, execution and monitoring): budget management: risk management: resources negotiation and management: plan, monitor procurement: regularly report on project status and present at the most appropriate forum/governance.
  • Secure update of Technical Specification related to assigned activities.
  • Collect and analyze: Consolidate Issues, Technical Issues, Prevent Expansion Tickets, Claims or performance issues on assigned product. Identify and implement the appropriate corrective actions or Containment Solutions.
  • Run activity in accordance with applicable working routines/tools and Processes, e.g. have the responsibility to manage all CI, CS, PET related activities in QuTIP and CA related activities in JTT or C2.
  • Promote the application of PSM in relevant issues: Support teams to effectively apply Problem solving methodology when appropriate.
  • Support Market and Product Management with analysis of requests, to supply time and cost impact parameters.
  • Secure that the activity follows legal as well as TP standards.
  • Act as team member for medium/high complexity PD/TD/PLC projects linked to MDM and Specification management.

Portal & Client Information Specialist 

Job Summary

  • The mission of the Global Service Experience & Management Organisation is to be globally responsible for the successful, effective, and efficient delivery of Service Management services to clients and to secure the overall excellent and seamless end to end client experience across all service areas.
  • To succeed with this ambition, correct and easily accessible information as well as professional communication will be instrumental.
  • In this newly created role, you will in various ways be responsible for driving and improving the way the HR Service Centre organisations supports and communicates information with its client groups.
  • Your mission is to optimise user friendliness, proactivity, standardization, quality and timeliness in all our channels. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders in order to build understanding and urgency as well as to identify improvement opportunities for our Tier 0 portal and other channels.

This is a global position that can be based at any of Tetra Pak’s locations.

What you will do

  • Drive usage of Tier 0 and AskHR. Develop client-focused materials, including client training materials on AskHR/About Me, and other support resources.
  • Work with Tier 0 content owners/editors in driving Tier 0 improvements to promote end user friendliness, content, maintenance. This includes being the point of contact for client feedback. ​
  • Facilitate effective communications on service availability T0, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Analyze and act on Service Experience feedback for T1. Work with CI & Integration Specialist and the rest of the T1 delivery team to improve T1 service experience.
  • ICO Network HR Delivery Representative, discuss and work closely to resolve issues and improvements within the network, and propagate knowledge to editors, where required.
  • Analyse, standardise and improve usage of other communication channels to secure that the HR Service Centre organization speaks with one voice and adapts the communication to our client´s needs.
  • Work closely, when needed, with the HR&T unit´s communication team.

Who you are

  • 4+ years demonstrable experience in delivering high quality Service Experience across different countries and various areas.
  • Have good understanding and experience of our Service Delivery Model
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to distil sometimes complex informaiton into simple, easy-to-understand and engaging messages and materials
  • Proven experience from transformation activities, global projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Good balance of strategic thinking, analytical abilities and operational experience with a strong client centricity.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with different levels of stakeholders, and to use informal authority for engaging and influencing people at all levels in the organization.
  • University Degree
  • Excellent English skills both written and spoken.
