P.H.E Teacher
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified P.H.E Educator/Coach to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sports program,
He will also oversee all school sports activities, fostering a positive and inclusive environment that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and deliver engaging PHE lessons that promote physical fitness, health, and well-being among students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes teamwork, respect, and cooperation.
- Develop and implement an age-appropriate PHE curriculum, incorporating a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their growth and development.
- Plan and organise PHE activities, including sports events, competitions, and recreational activities, both within the school and in collaboration with other educational institutions.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate PHE concepts into the broader school curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive educational environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in physical and health education, incorporating new techniques and resources into teaching practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Physical Education, Health Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching physical education or coaching sports at the secondary level.
- Comprehensive knowledge of physical fitness, health, and wellness principles.
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in promoting the well-being of students.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the overall educational goals of the institution.
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Biology Educator to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive Biology lessons aligned with the Nigerian and British Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide feedback. Set objectives for students to meet, and develop a plan of action in helping students to achieve excellent results in all internal and external examinations
- Apply 21st century system of education in teaching, learning and evaluation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.
- Organization and preparation of students for academic competitions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in biology Education, or related
- Teaching Certification or relevant teaching experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience teaching Biology in a secondary school setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
