Production Auditor
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of assembly and fabrication lines to ensure compliance with quality control procedures, safety regulations, and production specifications.
- Verify the accuracy of production processes, components, and materials used for production.
- Identify and report any deviation from procedures.
- Perform detailed inspections on finished goods to verify that they meet quality and specifications.
- Conduct functional and performance tests to validate products functionality and meet customer requirements.
- Collect and analyze production quality data to identify areas for improvement and recommendations to optimize production processes.
- Prepare process documents, organize an archiving system, and ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation
- Document audit findings, inspection results, and non-conformities accurately and thoroughly.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and quality metrics to communicate findings to production and quality management.
Qualifications
- B.Eng. / HND in Engineering, Audit or relevant course with 4 – 6 years work experience.
- Proven experience as a Production Auditor or in quality control role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in generator assembly or similar electrical equipment/home appliances.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, assembly techniques, and quality control methodologies.
- Familiarity with electrical components, testing equipment, and quality measurement tools.
IMS Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Work with process managers to draft procedures and policies with approved flowcharts.
- Manage document library for company procedures and policies.
- Determine the organization’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Learning and studying the organization’s policy and guidelines.
- Perform audits as per schedule and plan.
- Prepare audit reports and share with stakeholders with identified gaps.
- Get an update on gaps from division head and submit final report to Management for review.
- Promoting ethics and identifying improper conduct within the company.
- Maintain a continuous improvement of all Quality Assurance needed from JMG Operation.
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc Business Administration, Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, and Environment or related field.
- Min 3-5 years of proven working experience in QHSE-related roles.
- ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 Internal and/or certified Lead Auditor.
Document Control Analyst
Responsibilities
- Process and control all project documents on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure quality documentation, such as drawings, RFIs, and incoming and outgoing registers is maintained.
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Prepare process documents, organize an archiving system, and ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation.
- Retrieve documents upon request.
- Outline a long-term storage system.
- Prepares routine claim reports (insurance and suppliers) for management as required.
- Adherence to requirements/standard.
- Prepare and analyze production/quality data for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Science / Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in document management/data analysis, archive management or records.
- Knowledge of document management systems like SharePoint, OnlyOffice, DocuWare Cloud, Rubex.
- Proficiency in document capturing systems like CAPSYS Capture and Eerox DocuShare.
Duct Foreman
Job Description
- Plans, organizes schedules, supervises, the work of skilled Duct men, and oversees the fabrication, installation of duct systems.
- Supervise the installation of ventilators, louvers, dampers, grills, registers, and diffusers.
- Inspects the installation of duct systems while work is in progress and upon completion to determine conformance to specifications.
- Evaluates and determines requirements and material needs for various projects and order material for any specific project.
- Interprets specifications and company policies to subordinates and/or contractors and enforces safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other subcontractors from different trades.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
- B.Eng. / HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of Duct Works experience.
- Must be able to manage large crew sizes on a consistent basis and complete projects on schedule.
- Must have completed at least 6 months or 1 project satisfactorily.
- Must be able to read shop drawing and do any material take off.
- Must be able to conduct leakage testing.
- Must be able to sketch duct for fabrication.
- Must be able to solve coordination issues on projects without direct input from Project managers/engineers.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects dealing with different Contractors at the same time.
