Growth Manager

Job Summary

  • The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our B2C product. This person will lead the development and execution of growth strategies across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention and loyalty.

Job Duties

  • Drive user acquisition, revenue, and adoption of our products through the execution a comprehensive growth strategy
  • Draft and pitch our products to prospective organizations.
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Market penetration, drive, and management of existing / potential users/agents.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
  • Planning regional/territory Sales Strategy, Consistent Target Delivery and Achievements.
  • Development of the Team to meet & exceed Business metrics in the regions.
  • Resolving critical sales/operational issue(s) that are beyond Business development officer.
  • Work closely with the head of Growth to identify, prioritize, and execute growth opportunities.
  • Continuous set up of new user acquisition campaigns and activations at cluster/market locations.
  • Responsible for coordinating the activities and performance of Brand Ambassadors.
  • Analyze user data and customer feedback to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Create and manage a growth dashboard to track key metrics and communicate progress to the leadership team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest growth tactics and best practices in the industry.
  • Develop and execute strategies to scale the company’s product by gaining adequate market share and industry leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience working in a Growth and Strategy capacity delivering success in a Payment Solutions firm, top FINTECH, and financial institutions.
  • Must have experience spearheading Growth Marketing for a Digital Payment Product or Application
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools.

Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary

  • The Product marketing manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our B2C product.
  • As a product marketing manager, you are responsible for making your products “fly-off the shelf” and telling the product’s story to the market.
  • You will be the product evangelist and will play an integral role in organizing product launches.

Job Duties

  • Set up product strategy and road map to drive growth and business impact such as improving conversion metrics in the onboarding funnel, from download to transaction, and scale up acquisition and retention programs such as Zojapay referral incentives and promotions.
  • Continuous set up of new user acquisition campaigns and activations at cluster/market locations.
  • Propose, plan, execute and report on integrated marketing campaigns and activities in collaboration with brand and Communication team.
  • Responsible for establishment of business Partnerships and agent Acquisition.
  • Responsible for coordinating the activities and performance of Brand Ambassadors.
  • Provide research and market intelligence for new markets, business opportunities and threats.
  • Periodic data reporting and analysis using business intelligence tools, to extract meaningful insights and make business decisions.
  • Provide insights/ forecast to customers behavior and trend, by analyzing data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback.
  • Reporting trends and providing recommendations which would create positive results for the Business development officers.
  • Create easily understandable visualization dashboards to enable Business development officers to make informed business decisions.
  • Propose, plan, execute and report on integrated marketing campaigns and activities in conjugation with brand and Communication.
  • Responsible for product training for business development officers.

Experience:

  • At least 5+ years of experience working in a Growth and Strategy capacity delivering success in a Payment Solutions firm, top FINTECH, and financial institutions.

Head of Growth

Job Summary

  • The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our B2B and B2C products.
  • This person will lead the development and execution of growth strategies across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention and loyalty.
  • As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of Growth will work closely with product, engineering and strategy to build, measure, and optimize growth efforts.

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Collaborate with product, strategy, and engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and execute on growth opportunities.
  • Analyse user data and customer feedback to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customer segments and the competitive landscape.  Design and run experiments to test different growth tactics and optimize performance.
  • Design, measure, and optimize the customer journey across all channels and stages, from acquisition to retention and loyalty.
  • Create and manage a growth dashboard to track key metrics and communicate progress to the leadership team.
  • Lead the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive growth.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop new features and product enhancements that drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest growth tactics and best practices in the industry.
  • Lead and develop a strong growth team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to scale the company’s product by gaining adequate market share and industry leadership.

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in growth or marketing roles, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • 5 years in an ICT Operating environment with hands on experience in Network Administration, Network Security, LAN/WAN optimization, Project delivery, technical solutions designing, and executive management and at least 3 years in senior management positions, Knowledge of programming language.
