Vendor Management Coordinator at Procept Associates Professional Services Limited

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be accountable for the following:

  • Developing and managing Operational Level Agreement of all internal and business operational teams;
  • Developing and managing all Service Level Management agreement for the business and vendors;
  • Vendor performance and compliance management for effective delivery of services;
  • Providing advice and guidance to all other areas of the business and IT on all Service level and vendor performance related issues;
  • Ensuring that service performance achievements meet or exceed all of their agreed performance targets, by managing the performance and deliveries of vendors and partners;
  • Coordinating weekly and monthly vendor performance meetings and follow-ups;
  • Developing, measuring and reporting on vendor performance;
  • Developing, Measuring and Service level management for all IT services;
  • Reporting on all Service Level measurements;
  • Producing ad-hoc resource usage reports and analysis;
  • Identifying service level risks in time to avoid service interruption or degradation.

Qualifications

  • First degree in Computer Science or IT related fields
  • ITIL3/4 Foundation Certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience on management of SLA & OLA in a medium/large size organization;
  • Minimum of 1 year of Vendor performance management experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer experience management
