Veteran Broadcaster, Toyin Kawojue Passes On

Veteran broadcaster, Alhaji Toyin Kawojue has died. According to family sources, he died on Saturday evening, April 6, 2019 in a hospital at his Epe country home after a brief illness.

His remains was committed to mother earth according to Islamic rites amidst a mammoth crowd who witnessed the occasion in his hometown, Epe.

Until his death, he was a Yoruba newscaster with Lagos Television where he retired years ago as a Director News (Languages) and master of ceremony for state government events including weddings, coronation and other social events and would be remembered for the dexterity and professional he brought to the job.
