President Bola Tinubu emphasized that working together, irrespective of political divides and personal interests, is essential for Nigeria’s progress.
He highlighted that his administration’s completion of critical infrastructure projects nationwide demonstrates what can be achieved when leaders collaborate towards a common goal.
Tinubu made these remarks at the presidential commissioning ceremony for the full-scope development of the Outer Southern Expressway (OSEX) from Villa roundabout to Ring Road 1 (RR1) in Abuja.
Represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, Tinubu noted the significance of the expanded OSEX, completed by the FCT administration, for the residents and visitors of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
“The completion of this project is not only a piece of engineering but a testament to the power of collaboration and partnership.
‘’It is a shining example of what we can accomplish when we work together towards a common goal, transcending political divide and personal interest for the greater good of our nation,” he said.
He also expressed gratitude to the Minister, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, and his team for accelerating development and renewing hope for Abuja residents, reaffirming his administration’s commitment to improving the quality of life for all Nigerians.
