Responsibilities
- Development of technical designs, wiring schematics and templates for panels.
- Coordination of electronic circuit designs, circuit board assessment and repairs.
- Provision of technical support (both remote and on-site) to field engineers /technicians.
- Documentations of designs and technical guides for automation panels and procedures.
- Adherence to safety requirements and procedures as stated in the company’s policy.
- Design fabricating and testing of control panels
- Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents).
Requirements
- B.Sc, B.Eng, B.Tech or HND in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years hand on experience in a related role.
- Strong understanding of control systems, relays logic and motor control, PLCs.
- Proficiency with the use of AutoCAD for electrical schematic design.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of electronic circuit design and troubleshooting
- Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
